ICS Privacy Policy

For Net Check-In, Treatware and Styleware Software Suite

ICS may collect, process and store personal information through its software in order to provide you with the services you have requested from another business. For example, Net Check-in uses a name and phone number to check you in to a wait list or queue for a particular service, such as, an oil change at an auto dealership or a medical test at a healthcare clinic. Treatware uses information to provide you with quick serve treats. Styleware Software Suite uses personal information to help you get a haircut or other products or services at a Great Clips salon.

ICS uses physical, electronic and procedural controls common in the industry to protect any personal information from unauthorized access and from unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. ICS also may collect and store non-personal data to provide, maintain and protect the software and services and to improve and develop new ones and as may be required in any legal proceedings. ICS does not sell any personal information to anyone.

In addition, ICS may use third party service providers to assist with the administration of the application or to perform services for you on our behalf. Third parties, such as, for example, Google Services and Amazon Web Services, may be supplied with or have access to personal information solely to provide services to us or to you on our behalf and their privacy policies may be accessed through their websites.

You are not required to provide the personal information requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with ICS products or services or respond to any queries you may have.

You may request deletion of your personal information. If you request the deletion of personal information that we collect or maintain about you, ICS will delete or anonymize the personal data so that it no longer identifies you, unless, ICS is legally allowed or required to maintain certain personal data, including situations such as (i) where ICS is required to retain the personal data for ICS' legal, tax, audit, and accounting obligations, ICS will retain the necessary personal data for the period required by applicable law; and/or, (ii) where necessary for ICS' legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention or to maintain the security of ICS users.

ICS software is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

California Residents    If you are a resident of California, you have rights under the the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) including the right to know the personal information that has been collected, shared, sold or used, the right to delete your personal information, the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information and the right to non-discrimination in terms of price or service when you exercise a privacy right under CCPA.. Colorado Residents    If you are a resident of Colorado, you have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”) including the right to know what information is being collected, tthe right to access, right to correction, right to delete your personal information, right to data portability and the right to opt out of processing of personal information. Connecticut Residents    If you are a resident of Connecticut, you have rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (or “CTDPA”). The CTDPA provides Connecticut residents the following enumerated rights:

  • The right to access personal data that a controller has collected about them.
  • The right to correct inaccuracies in their personal data.
  • The right to delete their personal data, including personal data that a controller collected through third parties.
  • The right to obtain a copy of their personal data in a portable and readily usable format that allows them to transfer the data to another controller with ease.
  • The right to opt-out of:
    • the sale of their personal data;
    • the processing of personal data for the purposes of targeted advertising; and
    • profiling that may have a legal or other significant impact.

Indiana Residents    Effective January 1, 2026, if you are an Indiana resident and would like to make a request concerning any personal information that ICS may be processing under Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act (ICDPA), you may call ICS (toll free) 1-800-826-9480.

Nevada Residents    If you are a Nevada resident and would like to make a request concerning any personal information that ICS may be processing under Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes, you may call ICS (toll free) 1-800-826-9480.

Utah Residents    Effective December 31, 2023, if you are a Utah resident, you have rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (or “UCPA”). These rights include confirming that ICS is processing your personal information, accessing your personal information, obtaining copies of your personal information, deleting your personal information and opting out of the processing of personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.

Virginia Residents    If you are a Virginia resident, you have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (or “VCDPA”). These rights include confirming that ICS is processing your personal information, correcting your personal information, obtaining copies of your personal information, deleting your personal information and opting out of the processing of personal data for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or further profiling.
